自旋电子学材料与器件是近年来发展起来的新兴学科方向,是继微电子、光电子材料与器件之后崭露头角、具有更为诱人发展前景的新型信息存储、处理和读出的材料与高新技术。本研究组以建立磁性异质结界面电子结构与自旋输运性能之间的内在联系为特色来开展相关研究工作,目前感兴趣的方向有:反铁磁性功能材料与器件、磁性薄膜材料的多场调控(电场、电流、光和热等)。

    主要研究方向为磁性薄膜材料与自旋电子学器件。针对磁随机存储器向高速、高密度、低功耗和非易失性的发展趋势,开展反铁磁自旋电子学材料和磁性薄膜材料的多场调控(电场、电流和光)的研究工作。主持或参与包括国家863项目、自然科学基金项目和国家重点研发计划“战略电子材料”重点专项等在内的国家科研项目10项,在领域内重要国际会议和国外著名高校、研究所做邀请报告30余次。在Nature Mater., Nat. Commun., Phys. Rev. Lett., Adv. Mater. Nano Lett. Prog. Mater. Sci.和Mater. Sci. & Eng. R等期刊上发表学术论文200余篇,谷歌学术引用>7800次,H因子44。(共同)指导的学生有4人次获得龙虎押注技巧稳赢特等奖学金和“学术新秀”称号, 4位学生获龙虎押注技巧稳赢优秀博士论文,1位学生获龙虎押注技巧稳赢优秀硕士论文,4位学生获龙虎押注技巧稳赢优秀本科综合论文训练,1位学生获“挑战杯”全国一等奖。
