致力于低维材料及其复合结构、异质结构的研究,在其界面性质研究及相关的柔性器件、智能器件的开发方面做了较多深入的工作。至今在Science、Adv. Mater.、Mater. Today、Nano Lett.、Adv. Funct. Mater.等期刊上共发表学术论文60余篇,论文总计被引用3000余次。已获授权的发明专利30余项。基于超顺排碳纳米管的柔性触摸屏面板和超强碳纳米管长线、基于二氧化钒的智能驱动器件、以及二维异质界面的力学和光学表征等研究成果,受到众多学术媒体的关注及国内外学者的广泛引用。主持中组部青年千人项目、基金委面上项目、青年科学基金、教育部霍英东青年教师基金等科研项目,参与科技部“纳米科技”重点专项一项。
